Title: ID help please, Scandinavian bowl?

I recently bought an Iittala Festivo candlestick and thought that this showed similarities. 13cms diameter x 8 cms tall. any suggestions appreciated, John

I am not so familiar with the Davidson range to be able to attribute THIS bowl to them unfortunately.  I agree the texture is similar but I haven't seen this shape before.  The one on my blog is one which is regularly  incorrectly attributed to Whitefriars, which is why it is there.  ( and you can "Blog stalk" all you like John!LOL!)

No, too thick. I had that stuff as a wedding present in 1977.

John, can you try and get a sharper photo of the texture? From the inside and the outside might well be useful too.

Attaching a couple more photos, inside is completely smooth. Unfortunately using super macro feature on camera revealed the faintest of hairline cracks. Would still be nice to identify though.

Not convinced by the attribution though.
