Title: Czech sklo union piece with label, Rosice ?

Hi all
have been trying to research this little piece but struggling to find the maker/designer/pattern number.
Also not getting very far with the label.
Ive gone through mark Hills Book and Marcus Newhall's book, also been through the CD but unable to find a match.
It is 4cm in height, 12cm in length.
Ive got a feeling it Rosice but no evidence

Might be worth also looking at Jablonecke  as well?
