Title: White with red blue and orange

My last 4 or 5 posts received no comment whatsoever perhaps this one will be the same!!!
White inner with blue red and orange loops. Cased in clear and frosted. Never seen anything like it before. 24.5cm tall and heavy. Does anyone know anything about it? Possible label remnant on side of base.

Hiya, your vase reminds me of other designs by V.B. Opaline Florence  [Link (http://www.20thcenturyglass.com/glass_encyclopedia/murano_glass/opalineflorence_glass/opalineflorenceglass_home.htm)] from the Empoli region of Italy, although I've never seen any with this frosted finish before!

Thanks for comments Wayne I felt the overall shape could well be Italian but as you say I have been unable to find any with the frosted finish. The colours on yours are rather more subtle too whereas mine are somewhat gaudy.

My first thought was opaline .similar pattern shape and rim shape.
