Title: unknown champagne glass ID

Hello,

I'm looking for a few replacement glasses for this hollow stem champagne glass. I'm not sure when I even got it but they are rather old. Attached is a picture, does anyone know where I could find this or the brand?

Is "Chantilly" the base glass or the etch?

Chantilly is the etch I believe.
