Title: Murano? Flavio Poli?? Uranium?? Vase

Just wondered if anyone could confirm what it is, I think Murano, maybe Flavio Poli, also wondered if it is Uranium that makes the piece glow like this? base is polished flat, measure's 21.5 cm  :X:

Definitely uranium and Murano. Almost certainly not Flavio Poli
