If I weren't batting zero today, I would say it looks like a Kralik vase.  :ooh: The feet and crackle remind me of their work.

bought a few pieces from a car boot in the north east of england. the gentleman selling them said they were from davidsons gateshead factory. but out of 5 i think only 1 is davidsons. he said he was bringing more next week but i had to go home the next day so i have missed out on them.

Not sure if that is crackle, any chance of a close up? the pattern looks a bit like Kralik bacillus  ;D
Does it look like these?

It looks like a form of crackle.

Still not sure it looks very smooth, all my pieces  have surface indentations to varying degrees, ;D

the comment was the white coating was flush to the glass but I still agree it is some form of crackle somehow. Is it maybe crackled then cased in clear?  not sure how all that was done then in diagonal ribbed form but I've a crackle glass vase and bowl where there are two colour layers both crackled, and the crackle appears to be flush with the glass as it is cased in clear.

Hadn't thought of it being cased, don't think I've seen cased crackle "in the flesh" so to say ;D

its not cased as in clear glass its like a powder finish then somehow removed in lines some more pics.

Then I still think it is uncased crackle, but just with a weird kind of enamel effect for the outer layer.  Possibly it looks more odd because it is white  :-\  So it looks as though it was blown in a mould but then once removed from the mould, maybe cased in white and blown out a little more?  Maybe?.... but to be honest I'm not sure.
What makes you think Kralik though?

In a complete change of mind and lots of googling,I'd go with Kralik crackle ::) :-[

I would agree with Kralik as the maker......  White crackle is a marker for their production.....

Stew, your original images now point to other things. If they are still available could you please upload them directly into this thread?
