Title: Help identify 'purple mouse'

Can anyone identify this glass mouse please? there are no markings and the sticker has been removed from the bottom.
Could you also give me a rough idea of value?  thanks in advance

Is that the remains of a felt pad on the bottom? Or of a paper label? And if it's the remains of a paper label - was it once white or did it have some sort of gold colouring?

If it's the remains of a white paper label, that could simply be the label that tells you not to put it in direct sunlight. If that's the case, it won't matter if you remove it to see if there's anything etched under it.

It looks like its the remains of a label, deffinatley has gold on it.
(I dont suppose you can recommend a good forumn for identifying ceramics or general antiques too please?)

I agree with Christine it looks a bit Wedgwoody, but I think a gold paper label would say that it's not.
Can't help more than that, though - not my area really, sorry.

There are plenty of other folk here who are more likely to know about your mouse - just have a bit of patience until they come along, I'm sure you'll get there in the end!

Ok thanks, i didnt mean i was going somewhere else to find out about mouse, i need to find out some info about some ceramics.
