A little different from the usual goblet type is it a wine glass? fluted cutting nice ring stands 6" signed and numbered on the base.

I like the script. So was it a limited edition then if this is 16../2000?

Looks like to me :spls: it says 1621/2000.....and the other signed part looks like JMA 1977 ?? as a guess. Must be for the Queen (with the words ER on it) and for her Silver Jubilee??
This is my guess...????
Now to find out the signature/maker.... ;)

Definitely the Silver Jubilee, as that was in 1977.

Now i will confuse the issue , i have an ER goblet 52/77 the Queens head is like yours but the matt and polished are the other way round ie your polished bits are matt on mine and vice versa with the same squiggly bits around the edge , all the lettering is matt , on the base is 289 over 1000 then WH and a seperate CG . Probably Caithness Glass . :huh: ::) :-\ ps my goblet is trumpet shaped .
