Another ID attempt to help a friend out. This piece stands approx. 12 inches tall, 8 inches wide and 3 inches deep. Polished base.....  Ideas of maker??

No... I do not think so..... It was a follow up comment to another piece of glass she wants to have come live at her house.... she wanted this one also....
