Title: Cut facet stem glasses

Hi, I recently found this lovely pair of lead crystal cut glass. The glass is great quality, very clear and well cut. I think the pics can give you all the cutting details, they are 5" tall and weigh 130g. Does any one know who made them and when? TIA Wolfie
