Title: Abstract block vase Czech?

Presuming it's an ashtray with the 2 cut outs, 3" high and 3.5" high.
Fair amount of wear to the base.

Hi Wolfie I was hoping someone was going to make that suggestion had a vase before but it had VZ on the base sold well if I remember right.

Mind you Chris there is a couple of much more knowledgeable Czech collectors on here than me, Im sure they will give an opinion?
