Title: Found these in my local charity shop Help I.D

I found these to day they have quite a lot of  wear to the base. I have looked but can not find them so must assume them to be new. Any help appreciated. Thank you :or:

Hi i recently sold a Mappin and webb decanter with a similar pattern, any marks ?
