I have seen this type of glass (colour and decor) attributed as Bohemian but I don't know if there is a specific maker absolutely identified yet.

this streaky splatter effect of white on yellowish, is very typical of Czechoslovakian production from the inter-war years, although can't personally tell you which 'hut'.   However, better quality cased pieces, where the outlines of the white are more clearly defined, were certainly produced by a Bohemian manufacturer called Welz  -  who operated from about 1870 to a little after the first world war, at which time the name Bohemian ceased technically in favour of a unified Czechoslovakia.     Of course, we all continue to use the expression Bohemia as this is what most people think of when discussing colourful glass from this part of Eastern Europe.           If pushed to give a date, I would think this jug is a typical tourist piece from somewhere in the 1930's :)
