I could be totally wrong here but it looks a bit like it could be a Vasart bowl?

yes but don't Strathearn have the leaping salmon on the pontil mark?

Strathearn doesn't always have the pontil mark, Vasart isn't always marked either. It's one or the other, though!
I'd hedge a little towards Strathearn, on the grounds of blobby-ish harlequin bits.
