Title: Signed blues glass birds any ID on signature?

Just wondering if any chance someone may recognise the signature on this piece. First initial is V and second name I think begins with I or J and appears to end "illis". All suggestions welcome. john

Hi there John.  You are looking at this upside-down.  Turn it around and you will see Mtarfa.....Maltese Lovebirds.

Rosie, thanks that is so obvious now, I can't believe I didn't see it before John
