Title: Spatter vase ?

Hi, trying to I/D this spatter type vase with signature. Flat polished base with signature which is unreadable . 4.25 inches dia and 2.5 inches high. Decorated with crimson, white and green inclusions.

Very Mtarfa colours, not many mix green and orange.
