8 inches tall..she glows under a blacklight...look familiar?

No idea -- but very Pretty. 

Only thing I could come close to being similar was Fritz Heckert...............and of course, I have No idea about him.  So I am probably barking up the WRONG tree......................lol

Seeing if anyone else knows.  My Guess was just a Guess. :spls2:           Any other ideas that are more likely to be right.

Can we see a Pic of the Glow too.  Thanks  :mrgreen:
