A pretty weight...

I think it is a 'bohemian' weight. Not sure about age though (although it looks 1930s to me, I understand that this type of weights is still made today). But this is all a long way from my comfort zone.

I am sure someone will come along to confirm/infirm my ID.

I agree with Sophie - Czech, first half of the 20th Century. It does not look quite sharp enough for the recent products. Whether it is 'antique' depends upon your definition of antique. Some people go for 50 years, some for 100 years, some for other figures! So it might be antique...
