This is "Harmony" - first issued in 1983 (also shown in the 1984 catalogue) - unfortunately these early catalogues do not specify the designer.
Price then was $30 (according to John Simmonds' "Paperweights of Great Britain 1930-2000").
As I have only rather poor scans of the pre-1986 Selkirk catalogues, I would appreciate your permission to use your images for Scotland's Glass (http://www.scotlandsglass.co.uk/cms/index.php?option=com_virtuemart&page=shop.browse&category_id=208&Itemid=6) - which still has a lot to be added for Selkirk.
A few additional images would be even better >:D.

No problem i'll email or post some better images of the piece

Mailed images (higher resolution) would be preferred - just click on the mail icon in the left hand column.
Thanks in advance - Wolf

Hi Adam,
Although there is no doubt that it is a (nice) Selkirk weight, and may even have been designed by Peter Holmes. It is unlikely to have been made by Peter himself as it does not seem to have his signature cane (PH) anywhere. Although that is not full proof as I own a limited edition Selkirk weight without a PH cane but which states 'Made by Peter Holmes' with Peter's signature!!!.
