Title: sea urchin P/W ?

Hi, this sea urchin type paperweight is 1.625 inches dia and just under 1 inch  tall.
It has pale straw and  rose colour  stripes. Its not ground on the base but looks to be finished off whilst hot. ?
No wear marks as such
Any help for id / year would be great.
