Title: Small Owl Candle Holder - Pukeberg?

Hi.  I thought this little guy might be produced by Pukeberg, but then I thought possibly German.  Has anyone seen these before?  The thing about these are that the bases are highly polished and have a crisp edge.  perhaps that might be a clue.  they measure 3.25" inches tall.
