labels are moveable.
that weight looks more baccarat then murano to me.

It is definitely from Murano.

Yes, Murano, and the label is Fratelli Toso (example of the label in the Murano section of Glass Queries "Labels, Marks & Signatures" gallery (http://glassgallery.yobunny.org.uk/displayimage.php?pos=-1909))

The fact that the label seems to be held on with cellotape could raise doubt, but I think it is quite likely to be the original label that has simply come loose.
