Title: Bark textured vase with black/silver sticker "S & HANDCRAFT"

it is 21 cm high.
bought in germany.
stand is plain and polished.
first thought of Süssmuth, but the Süssmuth sticker is different (triangular with an edgy S)
is it a whitefriars ?

There it says it is (http://www.gifanimations.com/GA/Image/Icons/Stars/star27.gif) KINGFISHER (http://www.gifanimations.com/GA/Image/Icons/Stars/star27.gif)......but not sure. It says in the Description a S Handcraft. Maybe ask the Sell for a photo (closer one) of their label ??

Not quite as vibrant as Whitefriars kingfisher. There's always an exception to the rule......

I don't think Whitefriars had a monopoly on that shade of blue and the Dartington kingfisher would appear much darker if the glass was thicker. Perhaps on an unnamed bark vase there could be a hint of deception but...

Thanks Ivo -- but then that seller does not list who the label is for. We know there is another Glass item out there with the same label for now.

If that helps at all for an ID.......LOL. As we still have not figured out *whose* label this is.

So the *hunt* is still on.... :X:
