Title: Large Green Vase w/ Thick Glass Base

Hello.  Can anyone identify this vase?  I thought perhaps it might be made by Aseda or Riihimaen Lasi Oy.  It measures approx. 9.75" inches tall.  I thought I had seen it somewhere before and remember being surprised at who produced it, but now I cannot recollect where it was posted.  Thanks for your help in advance.

Sadly, it is not a design I remember seeing before.
