We will need a better picture so the rim, the inside and the underside can be seen.  Best take it outside and shoot it in daylight.
It certainly could be Swedish or Danish - but it can also be Empoli, Murano, Indian or (wait for it) Chinese.

Hmmmm. I don't dare to say anything definite, but it looks like a very recent production, so perhaps China....

It does look like three layers blue white pale blue it is very thin 2mm at top.

it still looks like very recent production. Like in this century.
