Title: I presume it is Scandinavian BUT ?????

Looks and feels like Orrefors but the base is polished flat.  The outer glass is clear not pale blue.

Anyone recpognise the shape, company, designer, etc.

Your help is greatly appreciated.

It does resemble Da Ros Momento vases.

I finally got around to getting proper pictures of this vase.  I still believe it is probably Orrefors.  The base is extremely worn and any engraving is long gone to God.  The clear glass is actually a very, very pale blue.  Your thoughts are most welcome.
