Title: Glass Polka Dot Bottle

Here is a bottle in clear glass with matching stopper - it is covered in white enamel polka dots - double gold band around shoulders of bottle - 8" high with base having etched number 1151 (I think)

Anyone know of the maker or date - it's either 20s or 50s
