Title: Amber vase [ Scandi ] ?

This amber vase is just under 10 inches tall and rim dia 3.5 inches. bottom dia 4 inches. 7 inches from the top rim there is a distinct pulled in portion of a smaller dia. Not the usual polished mark. Could this be Scandi ?
