Title: Glass Fish Figurine - Heisey, Fenton, Cambridge or what?

This fine fish has me stumped.  Not listed in my glass animals book.  Any help identifying it would be appreciated.

Not from the U.S. I can tell you that unless its a studio piece.

Hi there
jon has 2 of these in his collection one in frosted on is clear, both marked Arte Vannes france.
If you look closely on the base there may be a very faint mark
