Title: Complex spiral with sharp pontil mark

I've never seen anything like this and it looks better in real life when the light reveals the inner pinky red in the spiral. It's about 2.5/3 inches in diameter and has a sharp pontil mark. Does anyone know who might have made it please? This one is also from a charity shop in Devon.

Any comments please? I'm pretty sure it's nether Liskeard or Teign Valley Glass
