Title: Amber optic Jug for id

Found this at the car-boot yesterday and it shouts quality to me. The design is felt on both the inside and outside - am I right to call this an optic design?

The colour & design denote - to me - 1930s although it's very light on wear. what would you say?

It stands at about 100mm
