Title: Large Triple cased Art Vase 1970s ?

Hi all,
found this heavy , very well made triple cased vase, (inside white,then the patterned layer cased in clear. total 1cm thick)
nicely made and finished, wear to base, i and the lady i bought it from think its c1970s.
I dont think its English, im hoping someone may recognise it?
20cm tall, about 18cm wide.

have something eerily similar with a Bulgarian sticker on it....

Thanks Ivo, if so, it will be my first piece of Bulgarian Glass  ;D
