Slim green bottle (lime green) with clear glass stopper - 12" with stopper - any idea of maker and date

That stopper does not go with that vase.

The bottom bit looks a little like a Wedgewood one i had a few years ago , yes bin the stopper . ;)

Yes I was dubious about the stopper - does the vase stand alone then

Here is what I  know know as a vase without stopper -9" high stand alone - see pics
