Title: Help please with this small dish marked Sandur Wallau 1986

Hi Guys,

I picked this small dish up in a mixed lot recently and, to help me decide whether to keep it or list it on eBay, I'm hoping someone may be able to help with an ID. It's inscribed on the bottom with what I think are Sandur, Wallau and 1986, but I haven't been able to track it down anywhere!

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in anticipation, John.
