I am going to have to confiscate it  that is an absurdly good price and it deserves further investigation. >:D

 i know in the mark hill book they are 80-120 pounds but id of thought on current prices maybe £75 Prices of late seem to be a little depressed across the board it must be this recession making people think twice before they purchase stuff willy nilly good for collectors like me and you john but bad when you wanna sell something to make a profit! Been looking at your gallery john that new big charger with the unusual pale colour at the end on mdina is that mdina i saw one on ebay a bit back and didnt think it looked mdina but im no glass expert??
Thanks dan :bat:

The thing is these small dishes really are quite small i think anyone in the flesh might not instantly recognise there value/rarity unless they know the work. Must say its not that impressive in the flesh but its lovely to own a nice coatch-bolt pontil earlier piece!! And its very lightly made not at all thick glass, I was wondering if its fairly likely that michael harris made these dishes or were many staff doing them??

I don't know who might have made these small Verdala bowls but I suspect it was not just MH.

This charger? https://picasaweb.google.com/Johnmj100/EarlyMdinaGlass#5611797643872279954

It's quite large at 33cm and was not on ebay, at least not this one! Chargers from Mdina are somewhat rare finds.

Hi there
gorgeous piece I've got the charger and the squat globe in blue and White swirl, I think the thread is in the British glass section now but you should find it easy enough in the search engine.
The prices on blue and White swirl are holding very well, there was a miniature globe vase on eBay about a month ago which sold for over one hundred pound ( either £110 or £101, I can't remember which now)
well done I know I am hugely
