Title: Semifrosted horse

Horse in want of an ID. He stared out at me because of his part frosting. The bottom is polished smooth.  Merican or Mexican?

I have no idea who the maker is -- the horse looks like he is *prancing* or maybe a *Tennessee Walker Horse * doing its fancy high steps ?????

Nachtman possibly?  Googling should bring some examples up.   :) :)
