Title: Anyone recognise this perfume maker's signature

Nicely made perfume with clear trails over clear body.  Base has a small ground out pontil mark and limited grinding to allow it to stand firm.  Can't seem to get the signature.  Originallj\y thought it would be Australian but having no joy finding a name that MIGHT be possible.   Help!  ;)

Looks something like Patrick O'Hanning, but a quick search turned nothing up.

Nice bottle!
Is that trailed decoration?
I'm guessing that this is a particularly difficult signature to photograph, your camera is having trouble focusing.
