I think the bowl is Murano, but not too sure about the cat - which looks a little Scandinavian perhaps(?)

Any thoughts on the bowl and the cat please would be welcomed. :P

Just one more to add...  A tall 'bud vase'  with unusual detail which I'm not sure how to actually describe... Appears to be white with a blue overlay and cased in clear.

I think your cat might be Wedgwood. I'm sure I saw one the other day on an antique stall. I can't remember if it was signed but I did remember the price, £40.  :shock:

Thanks Tigger :P  I think you might be right about the cat.  They made stylised rounded elephants didn't they?  I'll check it out...

I haven't found a Wedgwood cat like mine, but there are elephants and birds in 'topaz' - which looks to be the same colour as mine.  There is wear on the base, so presumably it has some age and is not new.  

I've spotted a 'look-alike' for my green bowl in Miller's Collectables Price Guide 2005 p.317.   The shape is very like the 50s Murano ashtray by Seguso, except that mine is smaller and one colour only, unlike the one shown which has three colours.  This one too appears old with wear on the base.

Hi,
Im pretty sure the cat is Viking glass, about 1960's.
I was looking through 1 of my books for it, because I knew I had seen it before. It is shown in a catalogue page from that company. Same color too. Says the model # is 7272.
