Title: Art Nouveau Vase? maker?

hi all, had this vase in storage for long time after moving house, Id like to identify if possible please. It is quite heavy and solid, flat polished base, the streaks are textured/raised and lots of green filiments(like hairs) running through all, about 19cm tall and 7.5 in diameter, and 0.56kg   Cheers   Simon :hiclp:

Modern Chinese, I believe - from the Heart Foundation Shops.

Yes, definitely BHF stock, also came in a pale blue version.
