Title: Large Ruby Red Vase - ID = Whitefriars Wave-ribbed

Hi. Looking to identify this huge ruby vase. I was thinking Whitefriars at some point, but it feels a little on the light side. Definitely shows lots of age wear on the base. Stands 11 1/2" tall x 8" in diameter across the opening. Any ideas? Thanks!

Yes, definitely Whitefriars Wave-ribbed. Catalogue number 8473 I collect the 6 inch versions (and have one in each colour  ::)  They are fairly thin, not like the later textured WF glass.  Nice big one!  :thup:
