Title: Blue 'cut design' vase ID help please

Hello ,
         this light blue vase is 13 cms high , with a scalloped rim . The design looks like it is cut glass . Can anyone help ID please ?

Don't know but it's pressed not cut and made, slightly unusually, in a four-part mould.
