Title: Decanter -- Ruby Red with *Cut Design* ??

Found this and was hoping  :X: it was a good item.

Is it Czech (maybe) ??  Has like a Star burst cut pattern in it.  About 14 inches tall with the stopper, and about 5.25 inches wide at the widest point.  Old ??  The Stopper has like a teardrop bubble in it.

Any ideas on maker, or the year made?  It has some wear on the bottom.             I thought I had taken pics of that, but I guess not -- so will do that later (Sorrry  :spls: ;D )
