Could be a junker, but interesting none the less. Hoping someone here may recognize style. thnx for looking.

I would guess early to mid 20th century Czech.

I´d agree with Christine concerning the date, but suggest the keyword ´Clichy´ for a quick
search on google or ebay.fr.  :)
