The two in 'Cotswold' pattern are as they say,I presume the other is to do with the Ghurka regiment, ;D

As you say, the ones with the Cotswold texture are Chance. But I'm not sure about the other as there were many other companies producing Chance-alike trays, even to using the exact same dimensions. The sheer amount of these novelty trays also makes it difficult to determine.

Alastair (my husband) and I recently purchased one from an antique store for The Cameronians Scottish Rifles (his grandfather's regiment during WWI). I assumed it was Chance given that it was identicle in shape to my Towsend piper :sc:, but maybe I assume too hastily. But we would still want it, 'cuz it is his grandfather's regiment.

Also worth noting that there are hundreds and hundreds of these type of trays, all decorated differently. The anomaly is that while the minimum order quantity was just 250 - which most companies would probably go for - they are very limited in appeal due to the esoteric nature.
So whilst they can often be "rare" they are not necessarily collectable except to those people who are interested in the respective historical values. For myself, I have dozens of the more interesting and older ones, but I can't always distinguish known Chance ones from any other makers.

I have some of these as well, Lancashire Fusiliers, RAF and something else, from memory.
