Title: Bee Hive Milk Glass?? Modern or Old?

Hi all....Just wondering, is there a name for this type of glass? Milk glass???.
Would like to know the maker and age if possible.....no problem if you tell me its a modern piece cos I didn't pay much on this item :)

Old I would say. Not milk glass. Looks like a satin air trap with a uranium trim (check with your UV light), perhaps a 30s interpretation of a Victorian technique. Is the base ground flat? Only guessing though.
