Title: Unusual Pressed Glass Vase Sklo Union - Help With ID Please....

Hi Folks,

I've recently found this little beauty and the design is so effective I can only assume it to be a sklo union piece - it also has the typical 'bird bath' base - is anyone willing/able to ID the designer and factory for me at all please? Any help greatly appreciated.

I think I came across this design while going through the CGRs (Czech Glasrevue) on Jindrich's site... or on this board recently.
