Title: ID please Art Deco decanter

I have had this decanter for many years now and hoping to get some idea of origin.7 inches tall x 5 inches diameter. Did have 6 matching glasses, now only have 2 and those have lost most of paint finish after ex-wife put them in dishwasher,not only reason she is ex but it was a consideration! Thanks John
