Title: 3 lobed vase, ID anyone?
Post by: stevegs on August 09, 2011, 07:53:20 AM
Hi All,
Was given this recently, could it be Czech? No markings on flat polished base.
Thanks,

Steve Shrimpton

Just the look - what about Flygsfors Coquille style?

Kedelv started this style for Flygsfors, but Flygsfors pieces are signed and usually have a white stripe around the edge of the central colour. The style was 'developed' by a number of companies in Scandinavia (Sea, Magnor) and elsewhere. I can't recall seeing this shape before. A base shot might help. It looks like a well made piece.

I would suggest Bayel France and Ikea Sweden for your shortlist
