Signed Satin Cylinder vase  Landscape pattern ID help much appreciated

Satinised effect on outside of vase , fireburnt smooth rim.

Not sure if they are by same maker as it has a space left clear and an etched or engraved code... P39M maybe ?

Is it "PSAM"? I googled it and came up with "Palm Springs Art Museum".  It appears that that museum has a gallery of glass - so maybe sold in their shop?  Totally wild guess though!!!
