Title: Tall Blue/Green vase for id

I'm wondering who made this?

It's a little greener then the picture shows. Has a nice amount of wear underneath. The elongated vertical bubbles are obvious on the inside with the outside being much smother.

Height - 245mm

Width - 86mm
